My coaching style isn’t necessarily for everybody. I’m not a ‘yes man’, who’ll agree with everything you say and accept excuses for missed opportunities to better yourself. While I’m never ever confrontational, I will always be honest with my clients, even if it’s occasionally not something that they want to hear.
I never overstep the line, but to create real positive transformation, there’s inevitably some things that may need to change. The decisions of course, are always down to you, but you will need to be the type of leader who can listen to others and keep an open mind for coaching to succeed.
