Understanding Your Organization/Situation
An artist can’t start to paint a picture before he knows what colors and brushes he has at his disposal.
One of the key aspects to improving anything, is to really understand what it is that you have at the moment. I’ve worked across multiple roles in business over many years, and analyze any situation with a logical approach that looks at everything from the bottom up.
It can sometimes be difficult to see everything objectively when you’re part of such a large organization. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes can uncover some valuable insight just by trying to understand how your company’s processes work.
I’ll also drill down into what it is that the business is currently working towards, and whether it’s on track to achieving that. We’ll do this by working through the four keys to improving any organization:
Leading with vision
Designing organizational infrastructure
Coaching & Mentoring
Managing change
Ideal Executive Coaching Practices
Each day throws up its own unique challenges, and by utilizing these ideal executive practices, both you and your team will be able to resolve issues quicker, and identify opportunities for growth easier.
When tackling any situation in a large organization, we tend to refer to the standard practices that we usually work by, and choose the one that is best suited to the task. By taking the time to create more effective and flexible practices, we make our day-to-day operations far smoother and more productive.
I can help you and your team to:
Identify and take advantage of patterns of success
Achieve a common understanding of your organization’s current situation
Create ideas in which the organization can govern itself
Design your company’s infrastructure
Define the capability set your organization needs
Deliver capability development processes

Unique Coaching Process
After looking closely at how your organization runs, and what success looks like for all stakeholders involved, I can determine how the leadership of the business can supplement that, and also whether there is any opportunity for improvement in how you approach these goals.
With so many books and other guides devoted to different business and leadership advice, it can be difficult to know what the right approach to leadership can be sometimes. I work with you to help nurture your leadership style into a fully-formed set of ideas and processes that work while still being comfortably ‘you’.
I’ll help you to identify the type of leadership that not only works for you, but also answers the needs of any specific situation. I’ll be able to unlock the true executive presence within, enhancing your capability to influence and inspire those around you.
Ideal Coaching Style
We all know that in order to affect change within an organization, it’s not enough to just have yourself on board with an idea. You need everybody pulling in the same direction, and for that, you have to learn how to communicate and spread your message in the most effective way.
This aspect of my coaching turns the tables slightly and instead looks at how you, yourself, can perform as a coach within your company. Not only will you be able to coach your team to perform at the high levels you already ask of yourself, but you’ll also be able to develop other coaches, who can create a trickle-down effect of excellence amongst your workforce.
We’ll look at several factors along the way of adding a coaching string to your leadership bow. These include:
Organizational improvement technology
Organizations as systems
Organizational change
Leadership roles
Leader capability requirements
Leadership capability development processes
The phenomenon of commitment
