My approach is to understand your business from a new, systematic, holistic appreciation of your needs. I view your current situation from a logical approach, enabling stakeholders to see and understand why it exists and what needs to be done to improve it.
My coaching process is aimed at understanding your role as a leader in a more complete, value-added approach. I understand the capabilities required in a leadership role and in ways that will work. I understand the best ways to learn and develop the capability necessary for success in
a new way.
My process is not aimed at assessing your personality or categorizing your style in a way that has no scientific validity. I will not overwhelm you with feedback that does not relate to the needs of the business situation.
